What is EXVAIS Dynamics?
EXVAIS Dynamics is a construction tech company from Vienna that builds the neural network of the construction industry: an open platform connecting everyone involved in a construction project, from clients, banks, real estate investors and insurers to trades, manufacturers and wholesalers, engineers and architects. Only certified participants are visible. EXVAIS stands for Extrapolative Variable Artificial Intelligence Systems.
What is RAICOS?
RAICOS is the AI for the construction industry, the AI behind WEMAITES. It processes the data of every trip in real time and everything else it receives. From all this data, RAICOS calculates for every role in the network the data that role needs, produces forecasts on material demand, construction sequence, dates and financing, and puts decision-ready proposals in front of the people responsible in each role. The person clicks. RAICOS stands for Real-time Artificial Intelligence Cognitive Operations System.
What is WEMAITES?
WEMAITES is the product: vehicles, staff, app, booking, invoicing and the live dashboard. WEMAITES handles last-mile construction logistics, from wholesale just in time to the site, and takes administrative tasks off the trades. Every trip becomes a data point for RAICOS. WEMAITES Live 5.1, the current release of the software, is the live dashboard with every role in the network, whose data RAICOS calculates.
What is a MAITE?
The MAITE is the person who drives for WEMAITES. We do our own driving, without subcontractors. The name comes from mate and AI, in that order: the person comes first, the AI at their side.
Where is EXVAIS Dynamics based?
In Vienna, Austria. EXVAIS Dynamics GmbH is in formation.
When does the pilot start?
In November 2026 in Vienna, with a host wholesaler and 25 trade businesses. Every delivery generates a data point; RAICOS links the trips into a first live picture.
